$19.6 Million Investment Sells in Tustin, CA

Rick Ellison, Rand Ellison & Kyle McGillen with Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner in the sale a commercial building at 4192 Franklin Avenue, Tustin California. The ±95,458 SF flex/industrial building is fully leased and situated on 7.4 acres. The asset sold to an investor for $19.6 million. There were no other brokers involved in the transaction.
