PERRIS, California, November 13, 2019 — The demand for ‘big box’ distribution facilities remains high in the Inland Empire. As proof of that we were just notified that the 1,008,646 square foot building located at 4375 N. Perris Boulevard in Perris was just pre-leased.
This new building is scheduled to be completed in February 2020. We have seen several huge distribution buildings pre-leased this year and it would appear that the demand will continue for some time.
