Shy Assar and John Viscounty with Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller of this 12,000 square foot leased industrial investment in Chino, California.

The $2 million transaction equates to a 5.75% cap rate. The building has a new five-year lease with a credit tenant and was build in 1979.

Leased investment properties continue to be very popular but hard to find. The majority of the sales go down in the 5% cap rate range.
